이런식의 글쓰기는 이미 토론을 하시겠다는 기본 원칙을 스스로 파하고 계시는 것입니다. 본론의 주요 토론만을 다루시면 됩니다.

다른 역본들을 한번 참조하시고.. 이러한 문제들을 다루셔야 합니다. 그리고 모든 지체들이 공통으로 이해할 수 있도록 다른 역본들도 충분히 다루어져야 합니다. 그런데 그렇게 번역한 KJV 역본만을 가지고 와서는 바꾸었다느니 변경했다느니 하는 것은 옳지 못한 것입니다.

일단은 제가 주요한 다른 역본들 몇몇을 가져와 보지요.

Joh 7:39

(ALT)  But this He said concerning the Spirit, which the ones believing in Him were about to be receiving, for the Holy Spirit was not yet [given], because Jesus was not yet glorified.

*참고로 회복역(RECOVERY VERSION)은 NA26(네슬-알란드 26판)을 참조하여 번역이 되었음을 알려드립니다.

하기온(αγιον(hagion-holy))은 없습니다.

사본학에 따르면 그것을 원문에는 없는것을 필사자 임의적으로 첨가/추가(addition)했다고 보고, 제외하였습니다. 이것은 현대 사본학의 오랜 연구결과의 산물입니다.

물론 성경의 원문이 존재하지 않는 이상. 현재 한국에서 벌어지고 있는 수용원문(TR-TEXTUS RECEPTUS)과 현재 전세계적으로 통용되고 있는 NA-26(NA-27)과 UBS판 간에 벌어지고 있는 어처구니 없는 싸움은 차지하더라고 이런식의 글쓰기는 어리석은 논쟁일 따름입니다.

 최상의 사본에서는 위의 하기온(HOLY)가 빠져 있습니다.
그에 대한 최고의 헬라어 학자인 Vincent Word Studies의 주석을 참조해보면 최상의 본문(best text)에는 누락이 되었다고 말하고 있습니다.

지금 대부분의 현대역본은 그렇게 번역을 하지 않습니다.
